How endings branch
- Key decisions (Dragon Knight ultimatum at Cycle 4, the Act 2 murder, Kutnar's fate, Arthur alliance) lock or unlock ending paths.
- The time-rewind system means you can re-roll decisions within a run, but some branches are mutually exclusive.
- Faction balance at the finale, and which knights survived, both feed into which ending you get.
FAQ
How many endings are there?
A full verified count is TBD. Community videos confirm at least conquest, King Slayer, hidden/alt and Arthur marriage endings.
Can I see every ending in one run?
No — several routes are mutually exclusive. Use New Game+ and the rewind system to explore branches across runs.
Does the Act 2 murder affect endings?
Yes — the murder investigation (Gwendan's questline) changes who survives and which resolutions unlock; only ~27.7% of players have completed it (achievement rate).
Is there a true ending?
Sovereign Tower has no official 'true ending' label. The closest match is the hidden/alt ending reported by players (Steam community thread), but its exact unlock conditions are still being verified (TBD).
